Currently an adjunct lecturer with the Nanyang Academic of Fine Arts (NAFA), I am a creative and dedicated Singaporean educator with 10 years of field experience with expertise in Mathematics. I am Grade 9 certified Erhu performer, Grade 6 ABRSM-certified Piano performer, and a certified Les Millis programme trainer.
I aspire to nurture our future generations and adult learners to achieve beyond the classroom and to equip them with the knowledge, attitude and mindset so that they set off on the right foot to conquer life.
Out of work, I enjoy a good workout and exploring various Mathematics formulations and mobile applications.

My teaching philosophy, "Empowering Students, Unlocking Potential," is centered around a student-centric approach. I prioritize each student’s needs, interests, and learning style to create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation through discussions, problem-solving activities, and critical thinking exercises.
I believe in building strong foundational knowledge to help students gain confidence and a deeper understanding of the subject matter. By connecting lessons to real-world applications, I make learning both relevant and engaging. I also nurture a growth mindset in my students, guiding them to view challenges and setbacks as opportunities for growth. Through continuous feedback and assessment, I support my students in tracking their progress and unlocking their full potential.
